The research in this dossier was carried out by Alex Simonics, Gary Byrne, Kate O'Connor, Laura Holmes, Liam Devine, and Shane Caldwell on the Curating Photography module in the third year of the four-year BA Photography programme at Dublin Institute of Technology.

Working together, the group explored how curatorial practices in photography are affected by the material properties and relational qualities of photographs as physical and digital objects. Through professional meetings, workshops, and field work they have reflected on the implications for photographers working in arts and media contexts, in print and on screen.
